Screen Printing or Embroidery: Planning Your Artwork

Consider artwork complexity
Large graphics, fine lettering, gradients and dense stitching have different development needs. Share the original artwork and intended size before choosing a technique.
Evaluate the fabric
Fabric texture, stretch, thickness and finishing can affect decoration. Request a decoration sample on the intended material rather than relying only on a digital mockup.
Confirm placement and colors
Provide placement measurements from a consistent garment reference point. Agree color references and understand that thread, ink and screen displays may look different.
Review care and finish
Check the appearance, reverse side, comfort and wash behavior of a decorated sample. Confirm acceptable variation and the method for approving changes.
