How to Prepare a Hoodie Tech Pack

Start with clear garment drawings
Include front and back views, close-ups of pockets, hood, seams and trims. Mark which details are essential and which can be proposed during development. A reference image alone does not define construction.
Define measurements and grading
Provide a measurement chart with a base size, measurement method and proposed tolerances. Specify chest, length, shoulder, sleeve, cuff and hem dimensions. Confirm how other sizes should be graded.
Specify fabric and decoration
State composition, target fabric weight and intended hand feel. Supply vector artwork where available, dimensions, color references and placement measurements. Identify label and packaging requirements.
Agree the approval sequence
Ask for a written quotation, sample scope and revision process. Record changes in a dated specification sheet so the approved sample and production instructions match.
