From concept to a production-ready sample
XINLI develops hoodie patterns and samples from sketches, reference garments or tech packs. We translate the design into measurable specifications, build the first sample and refine its fit and construction through review.
Pattern development
We turn the design into working pattern pieces for the body, sleeves, hood and pockets, taking into account the intended silhouette and construction.
Sample construction
We assemble the first sample to evaluate shape, movement and garment details before committing to a bulk order.
Fit review and revisions
We use sample feedback to adjust the pattern and measurements. The final sample brings together the approved fabric, decoration and construction for production.
